Review - All Over You, Devoured and Absorbed by Emily Snow

Before Sienna was devoured, before Lucas was consumed, they were all over each other…

Rock star Lucas Wolfe is used to getting his way, and when he meets the wardrobe assistant hired for his band’s newest video shoot, he wants her: preferably stripped down and bound to his bed. From the moment Sienna Jensen first obediently whispers “Yes, Mr. Wolfe,” he knows she’s perfect for him.

Now, he has three days to convince her…but he doesn’t plan on taking no for an answer.

Set two years before the events of Devoured, the novella All Over You tells the dark, sexy story of Sienna and Lucas’s first encounter.

Sienna Jensen had no plans to return home when she graduated college—but a man from her past is about to change all that.

Sienna’s dreams lie in California, but when she discovers her grandmother’s Nashville home has been foreclosed, she has no other choice but to move back to Music City, where she comes face to face with the flawed, gorgeous man she never thought she’d see again—and who now holds the deed to her grandma’s estate.

Millionaire rock star Lucas Wolfe is just as surprised to find the outspoken redhead glaring at him from across a courtroom. Both infuriated and intrigued, he still can’t forget the night Sienna spent with him, and the chemistry between them is as undeniable as ever. Now, Lucas is determined to do whatever it takes to lure Sienna into his bed, even if that means making a deal with her: if she spends ten days with him, playing by his rules, he’ll hand over the deed to her grandmother’s home. Though she agrees to the arrangement for her family’s sake, Sienna struggles with the promises she’s made to herself and a past that still haunts her. Soon, as Lucas’s game of seduction continues and Sienna is introduced to his dark, erotic world (and even darker background), she realizes that at any moment, she could be devoured.

Lucas Wolfe has come close to happiness with Sienna, not once but twice. And both times he’s lost her because of his own fears. This time, he can’t let her go so easily—not now that he realizes that the one woman who said “no” is the one he’s in love with. Sienna is good for his music, and his life, and he’s determined to show her that she belongs with him.

No matter what the consequences.

*This 20,000 word novella takes place near the end of Devoured (after Chapter 19) and is told in Lucas's POV but also features a few chapters in Kylie Wolfe's POV. Please note that if you have not read Devoured or Savor You, this novella contains many spoilers!

*****Warning: This review may contain spoilers. This is a combined review for All Over You, Devoured and Absorbed. I do my best not to include spoilers in my reviews, but sometimes they slip out.*****

In All Over You, we meet Lucas Wolfe and Sienna. Sienna is a wardrobe assistant on Lucas' new music video shoot. The sparks between them burn bright and Lucas pursuit is relentless. When Sienna finally gives in, Lucas kicks her out of her life.

Two years later in Devoured, Sienna returns home to Nashville to help her grandmother deal with the foreclosure of her home. She's shocked to find out that Lucas is the one who is purchasing it. With the attraction still simmering between them, Lucas propositions Sienna. Spend ten days working for him and going by his rules, and he will give her grandmother her house back. Willing to do what she can for her grandmother, Sienna has no choice but to accept. As Sienna and Lucas become closer, his vindictive ex walks back into the picture. In order to protect Sienna, he pushes her away, forcing her to go back to California.

In Absorbed, we get Lucas' point of view. With the help of his sister, Kylie, he works to deal with his ex and the issues in his past that are causing him to stay away from Sienna. As he does that, he is also working on a plan to get Sienna back and for her to forgive him.

Lucas and Sienna's story will have you go from wanting to throttle Lucas to feeling the love growing between them. Throw in a troubled brother, a loving grandmother, a sister with her own issues and good intentions and a vindictive ex and you have a story that will take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions and leave you anticipating the conclusion to their story.
