Review Tour - Combust by K. Bromberg

Combust is live on all platforms! This book was amazing and gave me all the feels. Definitely one for your TBR!

From New York Times Bestselling author, K. Bromberg, comes the second standalone book in the Everyday Heroes series. Just how hot will firefighter Grady Malone turn up the heat?

Songwriter Dylan McCoy has been burned.

By her boyfriend she found in her bed . . . with someone else.

By the contract she signed that obligates her to work with him until the songs for his new album are complete.

By her agent when she asked Dylan to keep their breakup on the down-low.

When she finds herself in Sunnyville, she refuses to let her new roommate burn her too. Still . . . a rebound has never looked so good.

That’s her first thought when she sees firefighter Grady Malone.

Sexy. Charismatic. Unapologetic. He’s a man who carries his own scars—the ones on his back, the survivor’s guilt on his soul, and the fear in his heart.

When an unexpected visitor puts their roommate status to the test, will their undeniable attraction burn out, or will they both take a chance and play with fire?

You've got angst. You've got passion. You've got heart. Gripping and emotional, Combust is pure Bromberg. Grady and Dylan burn up the pages and will keep you invested from the beginning. I couldn't put it down. It's one for the top of your MUST READ list.

New York Times Bestselling author K. Bromberg writes contemporary novels that contain a mixture of sweet, emotional, a whole lot of sexy, and a little bit of real. She likes to write strong heroines, and damaged heroes who we love to hate and hate to love.

A mom of three, she plots her novels in between school runs and soccer practices, more often than not with her laptop in tow.

Since publishing her first book in 2013, Kristy has sold over one million copies of her books across sixteen different countries and has landed on the New York Times, USA Today, and Wall Street Journal Bestsellers lists over twenty-five times. Her Driven trilogy (Driven, Fueled, and Crashed) is currently being adapted for film by Passionflix with the first movie slated to release in the summer of 2018.

She is currently working on her Everyday Heroes trilogy. This series consists of three complete standalone novels—Cuffed, Combust, and Cockpit (late spring 2018)—and is about three brothers who are emergency responders, the jobs that call to them, and the women who challenge them.

Review - The Catch by K. Bromberg

K. Bromberg's follow-up to The Player is out now. Have you picked them up? You definitely don't want to miss this duet! Check out all the details below including my non-spoiler review.

After an unexpected twist of fate, All-Star catcher Easton Wylder is left questioning the loyalty of everyone around him.

Even the woman who shares his bed, Scout Dalton.

But if Easton thought being uprooted to the last place he expected was the only challenge life had to throw at him, he was dead wrong.

With an ailing shoulder and his career in limbo, his decision to make an unexpected change leads him to question everything – Scout’s love, family loyalties, and whether he can conquer the one obstacle he’s never been able to overcome. The secret he’s never shared with anyone.

He may be a man pushed to his limits, but he’s hell-bent on proving his worth no matter the cost.

A fantastic conclusion to Easton & Scout’s story. K. Bromberg has a way of drawing you in from the very start, whether it’s the first book in a series or the fifth – the characters, the story, the feelings. Every time it’s like I’m right there experiencing it along with the characters. Easton and Scout are no exception. After the surprising ending to The Player, you think you know where the story is going, but you really have no idea. The Catch is full of surprises. K. Bromberg keeps you on your toes from the very first page and you won’t want to stop because you just need to know what’s going on! Definitely add this duet to your MUST READ list today!

Review Blitz - The Player by K. Bromberg

I'm happy to feature K. Bromberg's The Player on the blog today. Check out all the details below including the awesome trailer and my review!

Baseball has never been sexier in an all-new novel by New York Times Bestselling Author, K. Bromberg.

Photographer:  Perrywinkle Photography
Model: Chase Williams (IG: @bubbas_82)

Easton Wylder is baseball royalty. The game is his life. His passion. His everything.
So, when an injury threatens to end Easton’s season early, the team calls in renowned physical therapist, Doc Dalton, to oversee his recovery. Except it’s not Doc who greets Easton for his first session, but rather, his daughter, Scout. She may be feisty, athletic, defiant, and gorgeous, but Easton is left questioning whether she has what it takes to help him.

Scout Dalton’s out to prove a female can handle the pressure of running the physical therapy regimen of an MLB club. And that proof comes in the form of getting phenom Easton Wylder back on the field. But getting him healthy means being hands-on.

And with a man as irresistible as Easton, being hands-on can only lead to one thing, trouble. Because the more she touches him, the more she wants him, and she can’t want him. Not when it’s her job to maintain the club’s best interest, in regards to whether he’s ready to play.

But when sparks fly and fine lines are crossed, can they withstand the heat, or is one of them bound to get burned?

Sexy Baseball Player? ✔️
Feisty Physical Therapist? ✔️
Steamy Encounters? ✔️
Characters You Want To Punch? ✔️
A story that keeps you glued to the field? ✔️

K. Bromberg has another hit on her hands with Easton and Scout's story. The Player will keep you engaged from the beginning and leave you wanting more.

Blog Tour & Giveaway - Aced by K. Bromberg

So excited to be a part of the blog tour for Aced. This book is an amazing addition to Colton and Rylee's story! Check out my short, but heartfelt, spoiler-free review and be sure to enter the giveaway!

Rylee and Colton's ride continues... One moment. Six years ago.

The night she made the world around me so much more than just a blur. Now it's the catalyst that threatens to tear us apart. Our happily was supposed to be ever after. So why do I feel like it's slipping through my fingers? How can one moment, when our world seemed so right, resurface and cause our perfect life to spiral out of control? I can't lose her. She's my checkered flag.

Have you ever read a book that you loved so much that it's almost impossible to express? That's how I feel after reading Aced. K. Bromberg has brought a whole new level of emotion to Colton and Rylee's journey. With every turn of the page I was feeling every joy, every struggle and every pain right along with them. It will take you places that you would never expect. While Aced will take your emotions through the wringer, it is one of the best "what happens after happily-ever-after" stories I have read. And even though it's only January it definitely sits up at the top of my list as one of the best books I've read this year. I highly recommend you add it, as well as the rest of the Colton and Rylee's story, to your MUST READ list. You won't regret it!

I talked to my parents. To Tanner. To Shane. My voice fades off as the disbelief I have to take stock and let him know the damage control Ive done takes hold. Unsure how to respond to me when hes always so sure, he just nods his head as our eyes hold steadfast. I just dont know...My voice is so soft, it sounds so very different than the storm of anger that rages inside me, and yet I cant find it within me to show my emotions. I can feel his fingers tense from my comment, see his Adams apple bob from the forced swallow, and notice the tick of muscle as he clenches his jaw. Well get through this. The condescending chuckle falls from my lips, the first break in my fraudulent faรงade because its so damn easy for him to say. I know.Voice back, emotion nonexistent, tone unsure. Colton stares, willing me to say more but I dont. I just match him stare for hollow stare as images of myself from Google flickering through my mind. Finally he breaks out connection and reaches his fingers to pinch the bridge of his nose before blowing out a sigh. Scream at me, Ry. Yell. Rage. Take it out on me. Do anything but be silent because I cant handle when youre silent with me,he pleads. All I can do is shake my head, dig down within myself to will the emotion to come. When I cant find the words or the feeling behind them, it unnerves him, worries him. Im sorry, baby. Were we stupid? Maybe. Do I regret it?He shakes his head. I regret all of this, yes, but that in general? No. So many damn things happened that put you and me where we are now. So for that? Im not sorry. You pushed me that night, made me question if I could give someone more of myself. He reaches his free hand up to brush a thumb over the line of my jaw. His touch reassuring, his words helping soothe the sting of our situation. Its not your fault,I say, trying to ease the concern in his eyes. Maybe not directly . . . but I made you color outside of your perfectly constructed lines . . . do something against your nature, and look what happened. Im so sorry. I wish I could make this right,he says, dropping his head as he shakes his head in defeat. All I can try to do is mitigate the damage. Thats it.He throws his hands up. Its killing me because I cant fix this. The break in his voice and the tension in his body would have told me everything I needed to know even if he hadnt uttered a sound. I look at my achingly handsome husband, so distraught, so desperate to make wrongs right that arent his to be held responsible for. And seeing him as upset as I am makes me feel a little better and allows me to dig into the deep well of emotion. I finally find the words I need and want to tell him. The decisions I came to last night when I sat on the deck and considered the life-altering situation we were in. Stop. Please quit beating yourself up over this. I dont blame you.I pause, my teeth worrying my bottom lip as I put words to my thoughts and wait for him to hear that last sentence.
